Rosehill rooms and cookery is a luxury, boutique style bed and breakfast in a large Victorian house close to the centre of Budleigh Salterton; near to the beach, town centre and coastal path.  The house is just a five minute walk away from the centre of town. Budleigh Salterton is at the western tip of the world famous Jurassic Coastline. The house, built in the 19th century has large, light and airy rooms, all furnished to a high standard.  The bed and breakfast has four luxury rooms Sandcastle, Pebbles, Steamer Steps and Beach Hut.  Each room is individual, with luxury bedlinen, soft fluffy towels, bathrobes and toiletries.  All rooms have a sofa, flat screen TV with DVD player, tea and coffee tray, complimentary mineral water, hairdryer and magazines to read whilst you relax.

All our rooms are large; part of being a Victorian house with lots of space and light!

Sandcastle is the largest of our rooms with a 5' 6" king size bed, sofa and two large comfortable chairs, the sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for families who want to share, this room has views over the garden and has a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and free standing bath and his and her sinks!  Glimpses of the sea when trees allow!

Pebbles, a large spacious room with exceptionally large windows and good views over the garden and glimpses of the sea, when the trees allow! A very sunny and bright room, it has a 5' 6" king size bed and a  large comfortable leather sofa, desk, en- suite bathroom with large walk-in shower.  Pebbles also can interconnect with Beach Hut.

Steamer Steps, is a spacious pretty room with a king size bed and traditional iron bedstead, a big en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and seperate bath.  This room has a comfy sofa and a desk. 

Beach Hut, a good size room which is bright and sunny overlooking the garden, this room also has a  king size bed and has a private bathroom with large walk-in shower. Beach Hut has a great view of the garden, the room has a leather sofa and desk.

Rosehill B&B is located in a beautiful Victorian house, with a magnificent original verandah running along its full length and is set within well established grounds, a landmark monkey puzzle tree as the central feature of the garden, believed to have been planted with some of the first specimens introduced to the country in the 1800's. The house is surrounded by the gardens which are full of camellias, fuchsias and roses and cottage style planting. The whole site is in a conservation area and Rosehill is a grade II listed house.  The streets around are full of fine trees and plants, the mild climate here means that everything grows well.

Alongside the bed and breakfast we will also offer cookery - with demonstration classes for all ages, with kids’ cookery classes for budding chefs
